Bridget R. Grace

Attorney & Principal

Bridget Grace, attorney at law, is a Colorado Springs native who has recently returned home to practice law in Colorado Springs and to be close to her family. Bridget attended and graduated high school in Colorado Springs at Doherty.

Bridget has over 25 years of estate law and family law experience. She graduated from South Texas College of Law in 1997.  She started her legal career as an Assistant Attorney General for the Texas Attorney General’s Office. During her tenure with the Attorney General’s Office, she was elevated to the role of Managing Attorney and received honorary awards for her work.

After leaving the Attorney General’s Office in 2006, Bridget ventured out on her own and ran a very successful Estate Planning and Family Law Practice in Amarillo, Texas. In this role, Bridget provided estate planning services and handled family cases throughout her 18 years as a solo practitioner. Practicing both estate planning and family law has provided her with the ability to understand matters from different perspective as the two areas of law often overlap. She has litigated every type of family law case, including trials before judges, juries, and appellate courts. Bridget is similarly familiar with all aspects of estate planning, including preparing Last Will and Testaments, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Medical Directives, and other ancillary documents. Bridget also has extensive experience in probating estates.  She has also had a lot of experience in mediating cases and is a certified family law mediator.

Upon returning to Colorado, Bridget has decided that she wants to focus primarily on Estate Planning and Probate.  The reason for the shift is that she understands that there is a growing need for such services, and she has a passion for helping people in that capacity.  Her goal is to guide each client through the estate planning process with her knowledge of the law and compassion for each unique situation, all while working to obtain the best outcome possible.  Her advice to clients incorporates compassion and practical guidance based on the reality of a client’s situation.

While not practicing law, Bridget enjoys spending time with her family, watching her youngest son play sports, playing with her rescue dogs, crafting, and rooting for the Denver Broncos.
